Selection process
If we see a match between your profile and our requirements, we will invite you to a first meeting. This is usually a telephone interview or a personal interview in our office space. In the course of this interview, you can learn more about HI-CHART and the position you have applied for. We also have the opportunity to get to know you better and ask questions about your career and your motivation. If both you and us feel that we can fit together well, you will be invited to a second meeting. This conversation also has a professional focus. This is why we may have prepared a small task for you, which will give us an insight into your workings and give you an understanding of the actual work.
